Data principles
Restaurants own their operational business data. RosZilla is designed to protect tenant information, restrict access by role, and avoid storing raw payment-card data.
Restaurant guest data
Restaurant guest and CRM data is not intended to be used for RosZilla marketing. Aggregated or de-identified platform information may be used for reliability, product improvement, health scoring, capacity planning and future benchmarking.
Retention
Cancelled accounts are designed for a 90-day recoverable archive before operational tenant data is permanently purged, subject to required legal, accounting or support holds.
